Ok I posted this first in the Veterans post. But too me it’s important for EVERYONE too see and REMEMBER 988 for anyone who finds themselves in a dark place or someone they know or cross paths with who’s in the same situation.

Or reach out to someone here. I have talked with numerous people about this topic over the years. Noone will think less of you and its nothing to be embarrased about. I've needed help in the past when I was at a low point. It happens. Don't let a low moment ruin your life and those around you. Noone knows me here...yet so Im am 100% unbiased towards everyone.
