Sunrise / Sunset App

Can I use a phone app that calculates sunrise sunset based on current location or do I have to use the published ones on the ODNR site?

My location shows about a 3 minute difference than the published chart (3 minutes longer than what the chart says). That's 3 minutes of extra prime-time I'd get if I use my exact location using the app but I don't want to be breaking the law.

Have too use the ODNR tables... That's what they base the hours on....

I always screenshot it and that way I have a quick reference....
