Well we had a good night but didn't see a damn thing. She was a trooper and REALLY quiet. Hmpf....
Sad thing is that I am not sure about taking her again. We just don't have the deer and I don't want her down on it at first. Maybe feed and wait for hard winter. Dunno, just wish I had a place with a high deer density just to take the kids.
We'll have to have a waterfowl hunt with the kiddos in the next few weeks. It's a little easier on them with being able to squirm and talk, they usually at least get to see some geese flying, and if we're lucky we can call some birds in to shoot.
