Well i'll be damned. We winning already? Ha.
I'd say I'm due for my first sit in the next week. I've been behind in hunting prep compared to other years, but I'll be hitting stride at the right time.
This will be my second year hunting only with trad gear. Harvested a doe last December to notch my first kill with the recurve. If one thing is for certain, I'm well over due to punch a buck tag.
That being said, First couple hunts will be geared towards taking out a mature doe.

I saw the doe with both fawns that I see every sit and I got a wet ass but it was nice to be out.
I forgot, I also saw the monster skunk that I saw a few times last year lol it's the biggest skunk I've ever seen.

Saw the 2 dinks headed to the cornfield when I was climbing down. Damn turkeys had me surrounded for about 30 minutes
