Took a doe today to give to the neighbor.

Andrew's weekend update: sat am he had 3 doe come by on the same path as his buck at 10 yds. They went into the plot and as he was getting ready to shoot the biggest a 4 pointer came and chased them off. In the pm we bumped some going in. Sun am we were skunked and in the pm we had a spike hang around for 20 min.
Were out now hoping to fill a doe tag.

Took andrew out sun pm in hopes of filling his antlerless tag. Had a 3 pointer come in and then a bb. Thought it was gonna happen but the 3 pointer kept chasing off the bb.

Took him out this evening and we were skunked. Plan to hunt every evening this week and the weekend but he may be coming down with something, so who knows.

Had my "young guns" out this evening. We were skunked but still had fun. This was my 5 yr old daughters 1st deer hunt.

I've been out with the boys. No shooters have appeared yet during gun week. Hopefully our luck changes.
