Yup. It is my working shoulder and that is the motion that hurts. Doesn't feel like an injury, feels like a pinch. Dull pain until I do any kind of lifting motion an then it is a sharp pain. But if I tuck my arm close to my body, I can raise my arm with little pain. Im sure it'll be fine.Make sure doing pushups correctly. You can mess shoulders up in a hurry.
I was just taking off my Muck boots when my left calf cramped. With the boot gripping my foot, and the muscle seized up, I dropped into a plank position to try and stretch it out. The boot said, “Nope, you can’t do that” as I screamed from the pain and karate-kicked my foot free, Blitz came running surely thinking I was being attacked. He grabbed the boot and ran out to the yard. Anyway, I’m fine now and inside drinking more water. Clearly I need it.I don't notice the legwork today, which is good. But my arms/chest/shoulders are screaming at two sets of 25# dumbell bench and shoulder presses, flys and curls, then two sets of band-assisted dips. I've felt worse, but it's a good reminder of my age![]()
