That is pretty sweet! I love finding shed antlers. I am with Ben. I would guess another animal drug it out of the weeds somewhere. Good luck in continuing to pin down his travels.

He survived the third wave of orange to hit the woods this season and appears to be doing a little better with that leg. What a relief to see he made it yet again...
It has truly opened my eyes to just how elusive mature whitetails can be since I started running cameras. I am amazed year after year by the number of good bucks that make it through a season in areas you never thought they would. Glad to see he's still around Jesse!

Greg, you are not alone in amazement. I have a Captain Jack - like buck that has avoided hunters in the same fashion. He's a major challenge.

I couldn't agree more guys! These mature bucks are a whole other breed of whitetail! I'd just love to find a couple preferred beds in certain bedding areas so's I can just examine "why", he chose it. Chances are several before had and many in the future will use the same spot. Imo
