Part of why I want to get my real estate license is so I can pay for more toys and a camper would be purchase numero uno. Would love to have one.

We have debated it a few times. Would have to get a new vehicle as the towing capacity on a hybrid highlander sucks azz.

All life choices fellas. The kids don't care if it's a brand new unit or a $2,000 unit getting pulled by a $1,000 truck. We started out in a $2,000 1996, 18'er. Couldn't pull that piece of trash over 50 mph without it wagging like a dogs tail. Kids still had a blast!

Earlier today I seen a Jetta pulling one of those little bubble looking things. They realize you don't need all the bells and whistles. Realistically, it's just a dry place to sleep.

I long for the day we find a house to buy or build a house. There's two things I have planned for the future... A camper and a boat for Lake Erie. But neither will happen until after the house comes along!

Don't wait too long to make memories, you don't get that time back. Keep in mind that RV loan interest is tax deductible as a 2nd mortgage. Start small and work your way up on both. No reason you can't find a happy middle, day job buys the house, side job buys the toys.

About time to lift the jacks! Should be on the road in an hour. Waiting for the boys to get home from school.

That last pic is kinda special to me. That is the first stone in the cemetery (family cemetery) dated 1888. That was as close as I could get Levi to it, lol.
