Burrow impressed from the sounds of it. Kind of surprised honestly. He played at Athens who plays the HS that I attended. We watched him play and I didn't see D1 talent in the 2 games I watched. Obviously he has it, so that's good to see. Pretty cool opportunity for a kid from a "small" town.
I watched Burrow play in the State Championship game and watched him stick the other teams RB and never gave up a yard, flattened his ass. That is the only game I saw him play and I was impressed with his arm but he also had the twins as receivers that never dropped a ball. I hope he continues to get play time.
I played against burrow when I was in high school. He was a freshman when I was a senior, and the kid was a beast then. I never imagined he had the talent to play for the buckeyes..but obviously urban saw something in him. And it looks like he made a good move adding him to the team.

Man you gotta love that walk on kicker Tyler Durbin. 11 extra points, buried half of his dozen kickoffs in the end zone for touchbacks, and even made a tackle. Ohio State named him special teams player of the week. The former collegiate soccer player kicked a 62-yard field goal in practice and won the starting job. Awesome!!! Go Bucks!!!!
Looking forward to the game. Unfortunately, I had to pay for the tickets "my wife bought" tonight. Didn't feel like "she" bought them when "I" paid for them. hahaha

Haha, yeah, Tammy got us two tix clear down behind the visitors bench and our other two tix are up on the upper deck about the 30-40 yard line on same side. I'm pumped getting a parking pass this year! Last year we both walked 3 miles to and from when they lost against MSU! We parked off Ackerman last year!
Sounds like there's a chance of rain Saturday too I'm afraid....UGH

Not sure when we are getting there. Geoffrey has a cross country invitational in the morning. Not sure if we will see him run or not. Depends on what time he runs. If he runs too late for us to catch his race we will be there early. I'll shoot you a text when I know.
