If you haven't watched this documentary on Netflix I HIGHLY recommend doing so. Especially for people with kids who engage on social media. It's a no-bullshit reality about the business, social, and mental impacts that social media has on people and society. It'll greatly clear up why we're seemingly all of a sudden surrounded by a society of sheep. The mental impact part is especially important, especially for children. I deleted facebook, instagram, and twitter from my phone long ago. I was telling my wife back then about how it's all fake, none of it is real, it's all powerfully crafted by algorithms to adapt the way you see the real world. Give it a watch. There are some very knowledgeable people to include former developers and executives that crack open pandora's box.

I'll be looking for that and watching it as a family. Thanks

It's scary how psychologically manipulative these companies have become, especially to younger girls. Scarier than that is their ability to shift the mindset of an entire population. We as a species are being massively manipulated and most don't even realize it.

What about your hand
Had a virtual Drs. appointment (think that's what they call it) on the phone today... First nurse does it then she says dr. will wanna do the same in a half HR.... REALLY???? Ended up with a shitty connection and I lost him... Just call me old fashioned way and give me a prescription.... Finally that's what he did... Got a prescription for an antibiotic.... So we'll see..
Thanks for asking Geezer...

Kinda like how our smart phones know what we are thinking...how everyone has a listening bug in their house...the list goes on and on.

Watched this last night, pretty eye opening. My wife and I were watching and I told her this is why I’ve never had social media. She rebutted with, “The Ohio Outdoors is social media”. I spent the next 10 minutes explaining the difference between TOO and Facebook.

I know that a somehow Facebook is connected to my iPhone. I’ll call a doctors office then within days will be getting “people you may know” notifications....not only the doctor, but everyone who’s on his friends list. Every time you make a phone call, it somehow ties in with social media. Search for something on the internet or buy something from eBay, and you can expect ads featuring the items you searched for or bought. I only go on Facebook to keep in touch with people I don’t see often, but get real tired of wading through the spam.

Delete the app off of your phone, after you log off of FB....
