You would think stress levels of Americans would be less post election and post CV inoculation rollout however, that doesn't seem to be the case according to a couple of recent publications I read earlier today.
One of the reports was published 2/3/2021 from 'The American Journal of Psychology' which looked at the hospital emergency department visits, data collected from late 2018 through end of 2020 and of the 187.5 million people. there was a significant indication that both suicides and drug overdoses increased 45% during that time and expected to be higher today however, the real numbers may not be available until the end of the year.
I included the second survey report below for anyone interested.

APA: U.S. Adults Report Highest Stress Level Since Early Days of the COVID-19 Pandemic
"The survey found that the average reported stress level during the prior month was 5.6, (on a scale from 1 to 10 where 1 means “little to no stress” and 10 means “a great deal of stress”). This is higher than stress levels reported in 2020 Stress in AmericaTM surveys since April. It is therefore no surprise that 84% of adults reported feeling at least one emotion associated with prolonged stress in the prior two weeks. The most common were feelings of anxiety (47%), sadness (44%) and anger (39%). Additionally, 2 in 3 adults (67%) said the number of issues America is facing is overwhelming to them."Source:
