Last year at this time a guy at work had a package that was left hanging on the mailbox stolen (Mentor/Concord area). He filled a box with dog crap, put it in a bag and hung it on his mailbox in the evening - gone by morning. He did it 3 more times and all were gone by morning. The 5th box went untouched.

When gas was 4.00 per gallon I had a 5 gallon gas can stolen out of the back of my truck in my driveway. Where I parked my truck was on a slight hill and you could see it from the road. I purchased another one and filled it with a gallon of gas, 4 gallons of water, and a can of morton's salt. It too was stolen a week later.
