Timber framed barn

I'm looking into possibly having our barn torn down. Anyone know anyone who buys/tears down old timber frames? I've had a guy knowledgeable about such things tell me based upon the design its a 1900-1910s timber frame. I'm looking into a cost neutral to cost positive (my direction) solution to make it more functional for what I would use it for.

Are the beams hand-hewn or rough-dawn? Not sure there’s much market for the timbers if they’re not hand-hewn. I could be wrong. That being said, here’s a couple I’ve heard of in ohio…
