So I'm working on a pool and look in water and what appears to be a snake is swimming... This snake was like 10-12 inches long and thiner than thin.... Netted it and sent it on its way....

That looks more like a worm then a snake...could it be a tape worm?

I too thought tape worm.... But where the hell did it come from.... They have no dogs etc.... It also swam like a snake... Swam whole lenght of pool 32 ft. like it did it all the time...

Nope tape worms are segmented - round worm - or need close up photo to be sure
