It is a different world, no doubt. I was pondering what would drive people to chase something like a Pokémon to be entertained. As I sat their pondering how crazy it seemed to me I had another thought. What would a Pokémon chaser think if he walked up on me doing what I was doing at that moment. I understand this line of thought and don't disagree. My view if you are pursuing what I'd consider a "tangible" pursuit. Pokémon is make believe. Dragonflies are real.
 
I don't get this crap either. When my daughter was younger we played outside, did play a few video games but not that many, and she was involved in 4H and rode horse's and did community things. She was a 4.0 student in high school, played violin, 6 string, 12 string guitar, piano and speaks 2 languages. Graduated in the top 10 from Lake Erie College. Never got into all this crap!!.........................oh I see a dragon up by the Rig, gotta run and catch it.........................................................

Yea, Im the bad guy when I dont let my kid become zombiefied with his cousins playing video games. Atleast the In laws think so. Only games my kid has is a Leap Pad Ultra. It is pretty educational stuff. He'd rather be outside turning every stick and toy into a gun or bow and taking aim, haha.
