Well...if you do something 3 years in a row does it become tradition? If so, I need to break my tradition of eating some soup in OH year after year!
Had a lot of fun this year. Spent a lot of time in the woods which is always a great time. Hopefully next year I will take my first OH deer
Final stats for the year are as follows:
Number of hunts: 45
Total hours: 183.75
Avg length of hunt: 4.08
Number of doe: 71
Number of bucks: 23
Avg deer per hunt: 1.73
Avg deer per hour: .42

Good luck to everybody out. I was going to be but found I couldn't get pulled off the road due to all the snow that the plow tossed of the road

Had four does come 30 yards behind me but they stayed in the thick amur honeysuckle trees. That makes four out of five hunts from this stand where I've had deer in range.. And no bait either.
About to lower the bow on the 2010/2011 season. That's ok. There are yotes, turks, groundhogs, hogs, and crappies to kill before the next one gets here.
