Now I wish I would have walked down to that shot we heard. Would have been funny as hell to walk down there and say anybody need a tracking dog? I just know both parties would have a story to tell after that.

Salt fork late season has sure made me humble. Sunday and Monday nothing. Besides on the side of the road heading back to camp. I reached out to @Chancegriffis ask if he had any more advice. Sure enough sends me a pin and gets me on deer. Wind got me once in the morning. Spoked a 6 coming down out of a private bowl into an oak/swamp flat. Saw does right before dark no shot.
