TOO Summer Gathering (LOCATION ADDED!): July 22-25, 2021

Deer Creek is nice but we just booked a room in the lodge, no camping there just yet. Dang nice park and lake though.

Are crossbows allowed on a 3d range?

Is there any trap? or a location if i bring a thrower?
Range distance?
What fishing is in the area?
Are there trees if i want to hammock rather than tent camp?

If it's at Logan. You can leave all fishing gear at home. Firearm range goes out to 300 yards. Only archery is a bag target somebody brings and the occasional 🐢 in the water retention ponds. There are trees but not in either campsites lol. You can bunk with the groundhog if ya want.

thanks
any coyote dens for sleeping in?

Delaware Wildlife Area has a brand new range, with skeet throwers. You provide the clay targets. They also have an archery course/range. Rifle range only goes to 100. They have camping on the west side of the lake, 5 minute drive to gun range and 10 to archery.

I am looking forward to finding more info about this trip! Seems like it’ll be a good time! Busch lattes, good people and archery range. Have to ask though, is it kid friendly? May bring the boys along for the ride

If you'd take your kid to deer camp to hang with your buddies, and your buddies are generally degenerate adult males, then yes, it's kid friendly. But if they're gonna go home and ask mom if she's ever seen a bulldog eat mayonnaise, it's not the most kid friendly environment 😂
