My F150 and S10 were both standard transmissions and I miss them... I don’t miss the fuggtards who said they could drive them and back my boat in

Thought you were going to a gm dealer to build what you want. Since what you want I dont think is common and generally are custom trucks and they generally stay with the one owner. You need a good salesman in your phone, just like a good realtor they will find what you're after no matter where its located.
2020 they are coming out with a new 6.6 gas motor. I’ve been waiting for GM to put out a gas motor again that is made more for owners like myself that don’t “need” a diesel. The 6.0 is tried and proven, just doesn’t leave much for a guy like myself. Almost forces me to go diesel...hell, my wife’s half ton will outperform a 6.0 all day long. They have taken the technology from the 6.2 (which is what’s in my wife’s truck) and the 6.0 reliability and created the 6.6.
They have also redesigned the entire truck. Taller, longer, more cabin space and bigger beds.
It is by far one of the ugliest things I’ve ever seen, but the rest of it is exactly what I’m looking for.

At least you mentioned ugly. Cause by God they made them horrid in 19. Stole a lot of the crap Ford was doing with the stamped tailgate, placing the emblems right where Ford has theres and that big stupid rounded front end. Ugh
They can make it look like whatever they want, as long as it performs the way I need it to, I’ll be alright. I should be able to grab one for low 40’s...so $10,000 more than what they want for a rusted out diesel with 150,000 miles.
