Reminds me of one of those emergency caller devices for old people. I remember setting one up for my grandma years ago. That thing annoyed the shit out of everybody with accidental 'emergencies'. lol

the way it works is it lets you pick out a contact to notify, it doesnt automatically text emergency services, I listed my wifes number on it so it will text her, so depending on whether I'm on her good side or not that day that will decide whether someone comes looking for me!
