Trespassers with stands...

I had a guy set up a stand on my fence line facing my property, I set up a stand 50 yards away looking right at him . I spent a day sitting in that stand watching him and him watching me. He took the stand down and I haven't seen him since!

Do this!!! Love the idea! I would surely remove the guys stand and do what others have said and just keep them. He will surely run of out money learn. Or... Also a game warden card would be a good idea as well. Or cut the bottom 4 steps off his ladder stand if that's what he has or if he's using sticks than take the bottom section of sticks. Than you know he won't be in the stand haha

Sounds to me like another issue has just come up with this fuggin dipshit. He is signing permission slips for people to hunt land he doesn't even own! Hell, the house he lives in is rented… My blood is boiling now! Anyone have any cheap trail cams for sale? I want to catch him EVERY time he trespasses on this property and have the cops get his ass.

It's pretty clear to me at this point that this guy is beyond most people. It's about time someone makes a stand to this guy… I'm going to do it legally and make this guy be liable for his actions.

It sure has made my mind wander a bit. I bet this guy is leasing the land and getting paid. Why else would he do such a thing?
