just gopt off the phone with my buddy who is also an avid catfisherman, we are goingto book a charter boat for some time in february or march on the james river for blue cats , this will be my first out of state charted fishing trip , and am very very excited

My buddy and his Dad have gone, I think, for the past two years now. Maybe three. They have a blast every year and get on some good fish. They're usually down there during the same time frame you're going.
