Congrats Spence! No luck for us today. Had 2 longbeards working towards us and then they disappeared. We took a walk and stumbled upon a group of 4-5 Jake's and my nephew took a dumbass shot at 30 yards through brush and missed, that pissed me off.

Had a hard rain move through right before first light,only heard a couple and saw one with 4 hens.

Ya we had fun. Those 3 longbeards are driving me nuts though. I wish I could hunt the neighbors field!

Congrats to all that have tagged out so far this year... I haven't spent enough time out, so probably will not score.. All my spots seem to have dried up lately. Might get out next Sat. for one last try in an area that I haven't hit as its so infested with ticks..
I went out to check cams, move cams, add cams this afternoon. I was hoping to hear some gobbling, but nada. I'm kinda kicking myself for not going out first thing with the gun, but I'll be out tomorrow.

I got skunked yesterday didn't even hear a bird went to my place in coshocton to find my 2 stands had been stolen. Found a camera about 60 yards from where one of the stands was. So it became mine and I left a note. Talked to my wife's aunt that owns the property and she said she went out there to mushroom hunt and there were people trespassing all over. So for now on if it doesn't have a name on the camera or stands there getting pulled. But back to turkeys I'm gonna give a few evenings a try then I'll prolly be done with it.
