Yea, my daughter is wanting to kill one real bad, but she refuses to shoot a gun....shes afraid of the loud noise...i have even loaded the muzzleloader with 50 grains and its perfect for a kid, but she won't do it. We might just take the crossbow out this weekend.. I have a place that is holding some deer right now

Pick up a good set of electronic earmuffs and the load noice goes away. I never and I say never shoot a gun anymore without electronic earmuffs on. I put them on when I get in the tree stand and take them off when leaving. Plus they enhance the hearing in the woods.
