Was going through Weber withdraws, so I decided to do up some country style ribs. Made up my own marinade. It was a a mixture of many ingredients but had a good bit of Lagunitas Undercover Shutdown IPA.
Threw them on the Weber with indirect heat.
Half way through, I threw in some apple chips. To give some smoke flavor.
Served with some rice and corn.
