Utility Revolver Holster question

Been a while since I needed a new holster. It will mostly be for wearing around the property type, although I can't say I might take her into town occasionally.
But mostly a camping, utility, mowing gun. I don't really like the "plastic" type. Leather or just a simple Uncle Mikes heavy nylon. Wonder about paddle style too.

Ruger GP100 / 4.2" barrel / 40 ounces empty.

Any comments, good and even as important, Bad are appreciated.

I’ve got a nylon Uncle Mikes holster for a .22 revolver. I carry it while doing chores sometimes, but mostly while I’m trapping. It’s a great, simple holster. A strap with a button holds the pistol securely. I don’t have any complaints about it and it was fairly cheap. It won’t win any beauty pageants but it gets the job done.

I have 2 and have nothing but good to say.

As I sat there last night looking at different options I remembered there was 1 holster I didn’t try. An old leather Hunter brand. It has worked well holstering both a # 10 Smith spe. and a couple 22 revolvers. Dam if it doesn’t work great on the GP100! It’s made for a 6” but I don’t mind the length.

So I strapped her on and went brush hog mowing in the field and woods trail.

Thanks for the comment Jim an Dave
