Butler co. Killed a bunch last year too. That was the only mature buck we've had on camera in the last month. Only a handful of young ones too. I didn't pull the trigger on anything last year because of it. Might happen again this year.??

Has it been dry? I thought we had a reasonably wet year overall. Few dry spells but the year wasn't devoid of rain. Not dry long enough for the midges to hatch out too bad if at all. I realize that is my own little bubble. Hope it isn't too bad for you guys.

I think we're down a little over an inch for the year. But it seems it's always storms moving thru, I can't remember the last time we had just a good soaking all day rain here.
