My wife came up with this recipe for me. If I was able to go to stroud's this is one of the things I'd make for the TOO feast.
1 venison flank steak
half onion
1 orange pepper
1 green pepper
marinade
1 cup olive oil
3 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
let the meat and vegetables marinade in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
cook on the stove top in CAST IRON pans
