I’ve been guilty of bitching lately about not being home as much as I’d like. Nothing compared to the old days and I felt bad for those of you still serving. I have a choice in this matter and choose to stay away from home, you boys don’t. I’ve been there and truly feel for you guys.

So doing some meme searches this morning about veterans I got my self all pissed off and need to vent....if America gave half a fuck about it’s veterans as it did about sports, we’d be better off. Every day I feel closer to that old grumpy fucker that just hates everyone.
Thats why moral and retention are so low. Leadership in the ranks sucks. Death by power point and all the other stupid shit that "Joes" are made to do just to kill time. I loved my Unit. We had great leadership and a 1st Sgt that wouldnt take shit from anyone, even from echelons above. Ive heard horror stories from others though.
Well, when you can’t tell anyone they suck anymore and need to step the fuck up. What do you expect. Only as good as your weakest link and they have slowed it down so much for them, everyone sucks now.
Yup, and they dont have to shine boots anymore. Which takes away their pride in appearance and the uniform. I hate the world now a days. Bunch of fuckin pussies.
