ive been getting more and more involved in filming my fishing adventures and this fall will be filming my hunts , im looking for a video editing program that can not only split , cut and normal stuff , but can also brighten and adjust contrast and such ,

any one got any suggestions
 
New to cameras, I will be interested too. Sadly, I am afraid my camera purchase is not done. You need a hefty computer along with the right software. I know I will probably be purchasing both eventually. Then again, the software is only as good as the guy shooting footage and the guy editing footage. Lots of factors uglykat. Wish I had better answers. Maybe deerjunkie will chime in?
