Yeah...that was hard to watch.

Tom, being that close to the house the owner could’ve easily been feet away out of view. Even if they had a fence, those wolves probably would’ve done the same thing. That was a set up. Wolves are crazy smart and I have a campfire story that was very much like this video. Difference being that I was the bait. Humans have thumbs though and carry guns.

For the life of me, I don’t understand why anyone in their right mind would want to reintroduce wolfs back into our country.

I’m sure our previous generations had very good reasons to be rid of them fucking things and your post would be just one example.

They’re large, fearless, heartless killers, especially in a pack.

I wouldn’t be caught dead in the woods out West in any harsh winter conditions knowing that food is scarce them fuckin things. I don’t care to be a small meal for’em, even if I had AR strapped.

I’ve seen a video of a couple them taking down an extremely large Bull Elk with ease, which was a too surreal, a real eye opener.

After seeing just how devastating they can be on an extremely large healthy wild animal, that’s roughly 20 times bigger than them, it made me fully understand why landowners out West are very disappointed with our government’s decision to reintroduce these hybrids back into North America’s region.

From what I’ve seen and read over the past few years, those wolfs are having a tremendous negative impact on some of the other wildlife species, including the Elk herd.

I recall reading about a court case that was won by landowners allowing limited type hunts to take them out in their immediate area. I don’t recall all the details, but I do remember how glad I was after reading it that they we’re allowed to hunt them down.

I believe it’s still a very controversial subject out West and being debated within our U.S. court system.

I say get rid of them all!

I think I know the video. Had to stop watching it when I first seen it. Mother nature is cruel. I really cant stand families that let their pets roam. Nearly every one of em think oh my dogs and cats do no harm they stay in my yard and never leave. Yeah you're full of shit, they're worse than unattended children. They'll go raise hell everywhere.

Definitely a hard one to watch for sure. The thing that amazed me was how fast they took the dogs down, matter of seconds. Makes you think about people in that same situation. For the life of me I do not understand the drive people have to reintroduce and let them grow without keeping numbers in check.

the preservationist fuckwads who have fought the hardest for wolf reintroduction don't have to live with them day and night and deal with the havoc they can wreak. I can tell you, walking around in the dark in wolf country with nothing but a bow and arrow has a fairly high pucker factor. especially when you see their tracks and hear them talking.

I've always been intrigued by wolves since a kid, I think most ppl are. They pretty, majestic, etc., but yep once you see what they can do, and we are now like mentioned above, not cool.

Heard em in UP on snowmobile trip in middle of the night once, but never saw them or tracks. I like being top predator, I don't know how ppl live with mountain lions and wolves in their backyard lol.

The preservationist mindset is so easy to get caught up in. They simply dont understand and I'll admit I was once there too. So many even our fellow hunters dont understand that were a century too far into humans being too far involved in nature to just step back and let it go. All of the massive wildfires occurring year after year spell this out. We cant just let nature run its course anymore, we have to step in now and manage nearly every aspect of it to ensure it's there in 100 more years. So many want the entire USA to just be one giant Yellowstone National.

I watched it. Typical wild apex animals. I guess I’m different. I think they should be where they once was. None should be protected from hunting. Everything has a balance and when you protect it the balance shifts and other things decline. We have black bears here that are protected. There is so many without fear and the mortality rate on fawns is 40%....just from bears.

Nature can seem cruel but when you have to survive you do what you have to do.

I got into a pin with a large wolf a guy had as a pet years ago it was imtemdating as hell. I couldn't imagine a pack of those things running around. That video makes me think of all the missing dog posts on Facebook and think coyotes could be the culprits in some of those disappearance.
