So far I can tell you it makes me pee.
We bought 2 cases. Figure I will drink them this week and see if I notice a difference in how I feel. I am not a big fan of the taste as it taste like pool water. But for $20 it is worth a try. Flavor isn't horrible but it is not spring water or the nectar of the gods.
