Weapon Wound or parasite?

We live in an urban setting with a lot of deer. Found this one behind a friends house. That wound to me looks like something other than a gun or bow. But it also looks like a large exit wound. My wife took the pic so I didn’t see it. Could have been wracked by a car too.

Or coyotes, dog, bobcat. Hard telling but it sure looks like it could've been sick. Not much meat on that one.

The officer on the freeway ramp...they found the coyote was protecting a deer that was hit by a car. We've had yotes before but haven't had any on my cam for a while. They may be back though who knows.

I wonder if the 2 areas of hair loss are "road burn" the middle, deeper wound (and I may be reaching here...) was secondary on a broken up beer can, bottle or some other road trash.
She was hit by a car and slid across and off the road.
