Thanks again all! I've been stressed about my job for a couple years now and this move alleviates most, if not all that stress. No more fear of back stabbing political BS. No more fear of being fired at any minute for no reason. No more fear of making ends meet because I'm underpaid. No more fear of the future and whether I'll have a seat at the table. All that is gone and I'm walking a little taller today with that weight missing from my shoulders.
