He better hope it was in fence. The ODOW would probably like to speak with him otherwise. I just saw a place last week while working on a well. It was down in Kimbolton. I think its called Whiteail Inn. I was walking back to a gas well to do an inspection and noticed this big tall fence that seemed to stretch for quite a long way. Then as I got closer I noticed all the deer staring at me. I looked it up and it looks like you pay by the size of the deer. Pretty crazy. I must have saw 50 deer in the hour I was there.
