Last night we mixed up 150# of Apple flavored minerals. Buddy got a used Harbor Freight Cement Mixer for nothing (We had to get a belt) But that was sure the shit for mixing it all up in No-Time! Had it mixed, bottled and loaded in the truck in less than an hour. Gonna be slingin' it out this weekend.
I'm about to mix up some Grape Ape flavored minerals using dad's mixer he recently bought. Handy ass tool to have around for just this job!
I also stopped at Merit Seed yesterday and had another good talk with John Wengard. Very knowledge guy and I've always found his help to be accurate. I picked up my fall mix (Deer Max) for 2 of my plots and the Frontage Clover Blend to frost seed in 2 of my other plots. If all goes well, I'll run out this afternoon and get the frost seeding down.

Got 75# of the minerals on the ground. Found 2 sheds in the process so it was a win-win today.
Dropped a 5 gallon bucket of minerals last night, along with the purple drank, put new batteries in the camera and put it over the minerals.
Fixed the feeder in my backyard last night. Spinner-plate did not want to turn. I tore it all apart and sprayed shaft and inside of motor with penetrating oil. Then chucked-up the shaft into the cordless drill. Ran it in high for about 30 seconds to loosen it all back up. Works like new again! Cheap fix too!
