I would say I would hold off but I cant really say that until he was in front of me, it would seriously be tempting!!!!!!!!!!

He's a borderline buck! One of those that, if you shoot him, and tag out? Then your kicking your self later, when something bigger comes by. I've done it before! Lol. Now late December? I would seriously concider it. He looks to be 4 ish and culling him isn't a bad way to end your season.

I could see where he might be 3.5 years old though and with the potential of becoming a legit 5x5 next year with more mass I'd be inclined to hope he never gave me a shot this season. The other deer on the other hand(tall 8) looks as though he might be an older deer that will always be that, "always an 8 point" kind of deer and I'd shoot in a New York minute. He actually looks as though he's already maxed out IMO.

Yeah, after looking at the first one again. His body doesn't look like a 4 year old. I would pass on him either way.
