i vac sealed mine down. Either ham and tater or ham n bean soup

Today i made some homemade butter. Once it seperated i mixed in garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and sage. Pressed it and put in the fridge until supper. Pan seared some beef filets for supper and roasted potatoes that i had marinated in olive oil and seasoning. Once the steaks were up they were topped with the butter and given a few minutes to chill out. They sliced up beautifully and the butter really complemented them. It all went down easy.

Made this last night but it wasn't cool enough for the topping so i didnt take a picture. Homeade new York style cheesecake. Graham cracker crust, fresh eggs, and a real cream cheese and heavy cream filling. Finished off with a sour cream topping. Rarely does any food challenge my discipline of over eating but cheesecake...now i like cheesecake.View attachment 99782View attachment 99783
