Fried blue cat, fried shrimp, tater tots, tartar sauce, sauteed cabbage, smoked sausage. For dessert....banana pudding and apple crisp, so dang excited i didn't get a picture.

Pulled pork over eggs, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, red onions, cheese and Tapatios. Put it on the menu!
Not a dinner, but damn good. I smoked almonds for the first time. Super easy and delicious.
I did a pound of almonds. Mixed in a gallon zip-loc with:
-2tbsp melted butter
-1tbsp kosher salt
-1tsp garlic powder
Smoked for 2 hours at about 225 with hickory chips.

Had a 8 egg ham an cheese omelet the other day.
Ron and I got a lot done on the farm today and came to his home with hungry appetites and his lovely wife didn’t disappoint! Cowboy beans on corn bread with chocolate milk. Absolutely delicious! She used our buddy at deer camps recipe and I’d say ole Harper would be proud!
