Smoked pork belly meat candy and sliced with grilled fresh asparagus from the garden and steak house style au gratin potatoes.

Did a fish fry for the guys last night. Caught the walleye casting Sunday morning, into the grease Monday afternoon. Hand whipped coleslaw and tartar to go with it.
Beer can in chicken. My favorite.
That’s what we had for dinner last night. Definitely a great way to cook them!

Button buck strap, mashed red skins and fried cheesy potatoes. Slipped off my diet train tonight with the potatoes but damn was it worth it lol. I could cut the backstrap with a fork.
Tonight was orange chicken from Costco over jasmine rice, salad with my Ken’s SH honey mustard dressing and Red Blend wine from Sams Club. Wife loved it and that’s all that matters.
She came home to comfort food again tonight but with dessert and one of her favorites.
Homemade pepperoni pizza and side salad. Finished up with butterscotch pudding pie topped with cool whip.
