Mr. Kevin came over today and repaid me for some apple that I cut for him a while back. Brought Joy and I probably 4 pounds of smoked pulled pork....that's what's for supper.
Some good looking grub around these parts! I made the tenderloins from my turkey tonight. Wrapped one in a salami made from free range, acorn finished hogs. The other had habanero jack cheese inside and was wrapped in bacon from the hog we butchered. Paired it with ramps and taters, and some sautéed squash from last year's garden. And of course a big bowl of salad greens!
