I made more of this than I originally realized & have been eating it every night since. ...with no complaints. I got the bright idea a few nights ago to add rice & make burritos out of it sincecthe potatoes dissolved. WOW ! We eat mexican every week as it is & this can definitely compete ! This is the last of it....

Smoked two pork loins today….one is Tuscany garlic and the other is smoked applewood bacon. Two very different flavors…but both are great.
I've been in my pre Stroud's planning. Dutch oven venison / burger / biscuit .... big macs casserole.....

Tonight’s dinner was delicious and healthy and I highly recommend. SIL and daughter made it for us tonight and it was killer.
Taco seasoned beef
Baked sweet taters(air fryer with olive oil)
Cottage cheese and avocado
Then drizzled with spicy honey. Killer bowl
Pizza on the Traeger with homemade sauce, homemade sausage, Chicken of the Woods, Chanterelles, caramelized red onions, fresh Oregano and Basil. Best grilled pizza we've ever made.

Sloppy Does and venison meatloaf tonight and past few days. No pics but both were delicious
Costco? We prefer the grass fed if so. Haven't been able to find them, but they are better tasting to our flavor/texture liking.
My BIL 's wife ordered a box from somewhere & gave my wife some. They were good is all I do know ....
