What's For Dinner?

It has been a very chili day; two and a half gallons worth to be exact. High temp of 11 degrees, 5" of new snow, fresh baked bread (first I've had in like two years). What the hell else do you eat under such circumstance? Well, there is pumpkin pie and bourbon for dessert, too. :D

Went out Sunday afternoon, water 64.7° air 70° real nice day.

3 20"-23" Mangroves, 'Black Snapper' day one, pan fried and veggies, day two, 2 1.1# filets blackened on a salad with blue cheese dressing, balsamic glaze, walnuts and cranberries. With a roasted malty Bock.

Day three most likey gonna make fish tacos. Not bad for an afternoon on the Tupperware.

Edit, yep tacos tonight pan fried w local Key Lime squeezed over them.

App- sourdough garlic toasted with burrata and olive oil and balsamic vinegar....dinner....grilled ribeyes with horseradish cream, brats, twice baked potatoes with extra cheese and bacon roasted brussel sprouts..... dessert...blue bell vanilla ice cream with white chocolate chip Cranberry cookie crumbles on top.
 
Sous vide and seared 15 lb. NY Strip Roast, scalloped potatoes, green beans, salad, and cheesecake for dessert. Homemade horseradish sauce and blue cheese compound butter to complement the beef. Add in the family and it was a very Merry Christmas!
