They can spin why their closing all they want, but the simple fact is most of the bourbon market is a bubble about too pop…. Over inflated prices too keep up with the big boys…..

Had the grill out and said fuck it. Looked up a pan fried recipe and glad I did! Super tender!
ending the year on a high note after that game. Was lazy so i oven roasted ribs seasoned and stone ground mustard rubbed and finished with grape jelly since I was out of honey.

After last night's dinner of dry brined, slow smoked, oven seared with compound butter prime rib, pumpkin chili mashed potatoes, and brussels sprouts with browned butter and sage, I did not think we could do any better (too much going on at crunch time to take pics). That was dumb, lol. Bacon wrapped sausage and black cherry mousse stuffed pork loin with whipped russet potatoes and traditional (as far as I know, anyway) German sauerkraut. It's gonna be a good year. 
Smells like my wife made Mexican soup beans and I haven't been able to stop eating it...mixed in some Mexican rice and pico!
