When you gotta do all the work, you can cherry pick from the meat pile. A little slather of smokey BBQ sauce and smoked on the Traeger. Worth the effort!

Last night was bacon wrapped doe loin.

Forgot a plate pic so here was the leftover container.

It was very, very good. I marinated the loin half the day in Lawry's Steak and Chop (mostly garlic and black pepper flavored marinade, my favorite), then bacon wrapped and grilled over the charcoal.

When you cook a breakfast like that for two guys, you have leftovers. What do you do with leftover smoked breakfast sausage, bacon and bologna? You buy cheese and some salsa and toss that mess all crumbled up in the crockpot! BOOM! Guessing about 2.5 hours and it should be time to really make my Monday interesting. Should be worth it. Sounded good in my head, we shall see. Everything in the pic went in.

Although soups taste good and I eat them when it's served, wet soup for me is hard to eat. I got to drink the broth from the bowl or have a enough bread to soak it all up. Takes so much time to get a full feeling eating wet soup. That looks like it'd taste good though.

Damn right it taste good. It would fill ur belly. I have to admit, I've never heard of "wet" soup. You're weird....lol
