Same thing they had on their bachelorette parties? Yep. I'm guessing all three were using them. lol
Well, today starts a new path for my son.... He did 4 years active duty Air Force and got out Dec 31, 2015.... He called and told me he misses the comradely and wanted to give the Air Guard a try.... Told him to do his homework and visit a few of them and get a feel for them.... He did and is doing his first drill weekend 25 minutes from where he's at in Colombia SC..... Proud of him, hopefully he'll enjoy it as much as I did and make a career outta it.... If not? So be it, glad he is giving it a try.....
Had a hell of a time down at Dustin and Chad's over the weekend! Rolled into Dustin's around 1:40 on Friday. We immediately headed for skyline chili to meet Chad for lunch and then hit the property to check it out. We pulled TC cards and there wasn't any yotes within the past week. That evening we went over to Chad's, fired up Brian, and had some glorious bacon wrapped backstrap that bearded Chad prepared on the grill. Saturday morning we got up at 5am, got to the property at 6:45, and got in the blind. I called off and on and we sat for about 40 minutes with no yotes wanting to party. Hit up Bob Evans after that for some grub. Chad and I put over 4 miles on the boots from 11-1:30 and didn't find any sheds. I was whooped after that so I got a much needed one hour power nap to prepare for the evenings festivities. Dustin and I hit up Kroger for burgers, pop, coffee, and headed over to bearded Chad's. I got to meet Chad's aunt and uncle who were very nice people. We had a bit of a struggle firing Brian up but once we got him going he was flaming as usual. Chad did burgers and thick cut bacon on the grill. We had bacon burgers with Jesse's pickles and mustard 
. The rest of the night was spent telling stories of days gone by and laughing a lot. I had a great time with a couple of my brothers. I forgot to mention, Dustin's wife Christina got us all Easter baskets which was very nice of her! Thanks again for having me down
