Rollin smoke during the seasoning process. Gotta hold 225-250 for 3-6 hours.
Well, she’s seasoned inside twice for total of 8 hours just to be sure I got every nook and cranny and I wiped the exterior today with food grade mineral oil. She’s already to do her thing. I didn’t get a cover($400) for it cuz it’ll be under roof plus my Trag and it’s cover just harbors piles of wood roaches and I didn’t want that.

Looking forward to the rest of the night. Time to pre-game. We have a ride to the concert. Been trying to see Metallica for a long time. Last attempt was 2020 when all sorts of stuff was canceled. Pantera is an awesome bonus. Should rank up there with some of the best concerts we've been to.
