What's good TOO?

Our daughter was hit in the mouth with a softball on Memorial Day weekend. Her last visit showed decreased signs of feeling. Dentist said both teeth would most likely continue to deteriorate in health and die. He recommended a double root canal in order to dig out dead root and enable her to keep her permanent teeth. We scheduled after ball season, vacation, etc. Yesterday was her scheduled root canal day. They retested prior to doing anything and found significant improvement. The teeth are alive and well after all. He removed the metal splint and suggested retesting at next cleaning. Feeling very blessed right now. My wife is doubly happy. She is extremely thrilled our daughter's teeth are doing well. She is also quite excited I had handed her $700 cash a few weeks ago to pay for these procedures. Something tells me I am not getting a refund from the Mrs.:smiley_chinrub:
 
Had a good birthday yesterday hung out at the farm for awhile and did a little mowing and shot my recurve then went out to a good pizza joint and then to my buddy's to hangout and take some pics of some huge whitetails at his neighbor buddy's deer farm. The big buck scored 300 last year and the one with the huge drops looks like he will give him a run for his money this year. The big one is 3 yrs old and most of the others are 2 and a few 3 yr olds. The genetics are unreal and actually 70% of that comes from the does. Great Birthday any time you can hang around some big whitetails! Great news on Graci's teeth prognosis Phil!

Brian, those deer are unreal!!! Don't know how they keep their heads up throughout the growing period especially at bedtime! The real wide racked bucks and ones with huge drops must be very uncomfortable when it come time for some shut eye! Lol
 
Some crazy looking deer man. If someone ever figures out how to breed a big typical they're In the money..
 
I'm taking my 12 year old to the hunter safety course this morning. He's exhausted his 3 apprentice licenses. I sure hope he passes; it's a five hour ordeal. I told him no pass no squirrel; pass, new pocket knife of his choice.

Is this a one day class? Years ago, my son took a 3 day class.
 
He didn't do two of the packet reviews and therefore could not take the course today. It's on him and I let him know it. Now he'll miss the squirrel opener. The next class he can go to is at the end of September.
