I've been having a good few days.
Yesterday I call the call from the taxi that my mount was done. It turned out great imo! I got the semi sneak looking to the left.
Today I went out to a new property I can shed hunt and ended up picking up 1 lone shed and 1 match set. This is only my 2nd match set I've ever found.
Ended the day with seeing a couple flocks of turkeys. One flock had a Tom strutting around. There were 2 other flocks that had Jakes that were gobbling like crazy
I also got sole permission to turkey hunt this property this year. I'm pretty wound up to get after some turkeys.

Hell ya Jake!! Your deer looks good! But isn't that a full sneak? Congrats on the turkey spot!!
Good looking deer Jake!!!!! It sure would be neat to go from back yard to living room with a stud deer like that.
We'll each day it seems like there's another reminder of how I'm getting older. It seems like yesterday I was taking him on his first deer hunt. Today my first born turns 21. Through all the ups and downs, I wouldn't change it for the world.
