What's good TOO?

Added another beautiful lady to the farm yesterday. Full blood jersey bred to a dexter and due to calf 3/19. My holstein is doing excellent as well. Feeding 2 calves and giving us 1.5 to 2 gallons a day.

Couple of good things right here. One, I've been playing with the same set since 2005 and have been wanting to upgrade for several years. I got a small bonus at Christmas and sat on it until I found the right sale, so I finally got my upgraded set and at a substantial discount versus a couple years ago when I priced this same set. It's all Taylormade M4 from the Hammerhead driver, 3W, hybrid and 5-AW, plus a 56-degree TM wedge. Keeping my old putter since it's tried and true.

Second great thing was my wife came home to me unboxing them today with no clue I'd ordered them. She walks in, picks one up, says "those are nice" and that was that! I've seen new purchases that cost less than this damn near ruin a marriage, so I'm a lucky man in that regard!

I'm ready to defend our title @MoonLab ! 😂

Got to golf last week and played 9 holes scramble. Played for $2 hole but ended up even. Was me cuz and two of his other buddies. Felt good to play again.

Checked off the 23 year anniversary yesterday. Had a nice day trip with the wife. Some hiking at John Bryan State Park, Calypso Grill in Yellow Springs was good eats, and drove to Bill's Donuts to bring home a dozen (err 10 because we are a couple), and back to the house. Someone recommended Bill's Donuts and I do enjoy some donuts. The dinner at Calypso was great. Their dessert didn't sound like my style. I thought about driving a mile and half back into Yellow Springs to find a dessert but I was afraid they would only have pot brownies in that little hippie town. 🤣

Not really good or bad. Just another step in this journey we call life.

Today was my last High School Wrestling practice. I started coaching Connor when he was in 1st grade. It will definitely be a big change for me. I plan on spending a whole lot more time in the woods next fall. Gotta find something else to keep me busy the rest of the time. I will finish my coaching career this weekend. We have 5 wrestlers that will be competing at the State Championships. Hoping to go out with a boom!
